Lightbulb Jellybeans!

jellybeans is an awesome place to shop for skating dresses because they have gymnastics stuff and dance stuff they also have cheerleading stuff but that won't help you very much so yeah my best bets are e-bay and jellybeans

Post Get a bargain

Check Ebay of course and maybe amazon. Also maybe your ice skating rink has a store where you can get them cheap. We have one at our mall and it costs llike 20 dollars for one I think

Smile Dress

www.skate-mart.com

I looked all over the internet and Skate-Mart had what I was looking for at a decent price.

They will allow refunds within 30 days if the product is unused.
